I had ordered Birthday kit in Amazon(order ID:- 403-9696610-5494734) on 18-Nov-2023 for my daughters birthday on 25-Nov-2023, In Amazon app it shows it will delivered on 24-Nov-2023 then after today(i.e.- 24-Nov-2023) i r4ecieved my order i had opened it only two items are delivered out of 65 after that immediately i called customer care they are simply saying sorry for the inconvenience we will refund your money within two – three days Now what should have to do now for my daughter birthday their is only having 14 hours and if i want to go outside and try to buy the items it was fully raining what should i have to do now it was very disappointing for me and i am helpless in this situation this was the third time happening like this amazon app. I need by filing this complaint they will know the pain and should not be repeat this one again. And also for customer care executive they are not well trained
