Item is not delivered to me and I am waiting since one month for refund as the product is showing delivery but it’s not received yet to me. The refund is getting delayed. I want my refund as soon as possible. The address is different to where it’s delivered. I have attached all the proofs.

I went to the courier partner india post and I have collected information from the courier partner. He mentioned that the tracking id what is provided for my order has different address instead of mine. I am attaching that proof for your reference.
