I had received the package in open condition in which the product “WROGN Men Mid Rise Cargo Style Joggers” was missing.
Delivery guy told me at the time of delivery that package pasting might get losse in transit . So I took the package from him.
When I saw the package, found out that the item is missing.
Regarding the same , I have been following up with support team continuously but I didn’t get the assured response from them and also they are not ready to refund my money for the same.
Is this kind of experience you provide your customers?
Really disappointed with this kind of behaviour of Myntra support team.
