Placed an order for Saffola oil 5ltr of Rs. 1000 alongside other items. Only this item was not delivered. When the complaint was raised, it was informed that it will be delivered 2 days. On following up on 3rd day, they said it has breached complaint window time.
Still no delivery of product nor refund of amount.
Our hard earned money is looted.
