Sir,
Recently I had purchased an item from flipkart Order Id: OD225271352591811000 dated 22 Jun 22.I had received the item on 25 Jun 22.The product which I have received is not a good quality, so i had returned the product on the next day. Delivery boy had pick up my item on 30 Jun 22 and he was rejected the return pick up after he picking up the item from me. The next day I got a msg and for confirmation I saw the order details I came know that the return has been cancelled.I try contact flipkart but it could not happened. Second time i had returned request with furnishing the full details that i am not holding the item which was I already returned to the delivery boy and with mentioning reason regarding the pick up of item and again the return request was cancelled and the item was not given back to me nor money. Now the item is there with me and my money not returned by flipkart.All details I had request to raise a complaint against the issue which I was facing since last two week by customer care of flipkart and they said that they had raise a complaint request regarding this issue and they said i will get a mail from flipkart regarding this issue but till date I didn’t get any confirmation against this issue. I request you to resolve this issue and i hope I get positive response from ur office. Please do the needful. Thank you.
