I HAVE PURCHASED THREE ITEMS FROM PAYTM ,BUT QUALITY ISSUE MOVES ME TO RETURN THEM ,AS PER RULE I RETURNED THEM,BUT THEY(PAYTM) NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY YET, CALLED/MAILED MANY TIMES TO THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THEM ,SO I THINK YOU CAN SOLVE THIS .
