This is to brought to your notice that
(i) I have ordered 2 items of wireless ear buds each cost Rs. 318/-
(ii) I have received a courier and paid Rs. 618.00 to the courier with invoice for 2 items(Copy of invoice is enclosed).
(iii) When the packet was opened only one earbud was present in the packet.
(iv) I then asked for a return and a refund of the payment.
(v) The courier had received the packet on 22/03/2023.
(vi) But I received refund for only one ear bud of Rs. 309.00.(Payment details received through UPI is enclosed).
(vii) I request the refund of money for another Rs. 309.00 immediately.
