Hi,
I have recently purchased a sensor light and wen the light came the sensor was not work working. I raise a return request..nobody turned up that day and said return not possible then i contacted ur customer care and they said 4th June the item will be picked up again nobody came and then it said return verification failed..I alwayz prefer amazon over flipkart and other app if this is the kind of service then i will buy nothing from amazon.
I am requesting u to arrange the pick up and process my refund as this is not acceptable..u cannot send a defective item and then dont take it return.please do the needfull asap
