I have ordered puma black unisax shoes on Amazon, but I have received the wrong item(which is also puma but in blue and orange colour and different model), because I was not able to return the item through Amazon app, I had a chat with Amazon customer care through which I have opted for refund on return option.
The delivery agent has picked up the item, but the refund was not initiated even after a week, then I had a chat with customer care and they said that the seller is refusing the product by saying he has sent the correct item.
On my consent they have ordered investigation, which is done by Amazon account specialist team and after two/three days they have said that the seller has sent the correct item.
Now they are saying that the money will be refunded only if I return the correct item. I had a conversation on email with them asking for details and also the return history of the item and the seller, instead of receiving a proper reply they have closed the conversation/case.
