Sir I have taken symphony 115xl on December 3rd firstly I got a product with item missing so I put a replacement.on december 23th I got replacement still I got a faulty product.finally I retuned on 25th December..till now amount not refunded..I was trying to call customer services.it was showing that service unavailable..
