I have ordered the product on the 22nd of august and I returned on 23rd of August as it was damaged but I haven’t received a refund till now it has been more than a month..
Write multiple emails and called multiple times but still, I haven’t received a refund.
They will close the complaint without resolution and don’t even bother to inform customer .
I am facing mental harassment past one month and concerns because of this and this is not acceptable. Please take strict action against them
