I ordered an educational laptop named SavanShree Rechageable Educational Latest 30 fun activities & fun laptop. The order placed on 20/07/2025. The Item was received by my mother in my absence while delivery boy came. The delivery boy did not completely open the box rather he just partially opened the front and handed the product and i gave otp over call to my mother to accept it. But when i came home and checked, there was little scratch on the back and also the product brand was different, functions were little hard which was not good for me so i took return request thrice but flipkart rejected showing different reasons saying the brand is not matching, scratch on the back etc. I contacted customer service but they are saying that open box order faces return issue but I am returning based on the flipkart return policy still they are skipping the return process saying it will take 48 hours try again. I am upset and worried as i wanted to gift my daughter for her birthday, now if flipkart doesn’t help me to return and refund my money how could i be able to gift my child. Please help me to return my product and getting refund as early as possible. Flipkart and Seller can’t deny the return policy, Please sir/madam I want my hard earned money back.
