Dear Sir
I had ordered for two items for which I had paid 804+327= 1127Rs. This transaction was made on 1st July ’20. I also received an email confirming the order and it also stated that they will notify when the shipment would be done.
Thereafter, I wrote several email to requesting for shipment details but I did not received any reply from them neither I received the order till date.
