I had ordered a wood mosaics from the website www.thecomicstore.in on 16th Nov 2020 worth INR 5699 of my hard earned money. According to the shipping policy mentioned in the website, I should get the mosaic delivered in 4-5 months. It’s been 5 months and they have no update on the order. They don’t have an email or phone number where I can reach and talk to. They just have a WhatsApp account and they seldom reply.
There is no way to cancel the order, and refund of the amount I paid in total seems like a distant dream!
