I ordered “Hot Grill 500W Electric Hot Plate” from Amazon on 27 March 2026 and completed payment successfully. However, the product was never delivered to me. The Amazon application incorrectly shows the item as delivered, even though no OTP confirmation was taken from me and no package was handed over. Despite contacting Amazon customer support multiple times, I have neither received the product nor obtained a refund. I request immediate refund compensation and action against the unfair service.
