I’m JAYASIMHA B P. I’ve ordered Portronics POR-719 iLUMI Portable LED Lamp 3 W Bluetooth Speaker whose order ID is OD327201206168904100. I got a call from Flipkart delivery agent on 01.02.2023 that he is delivering the product at my home. Then, I told him that, you can handover the product to my wife who is at home. Then he called again and asked OTP stating that he is at my home in front of my wife. I trusted Flipkart company and disclosed the OTP. Then I called to my wife, she told that nobody has come yo home for delivery. Subsequently, order has been marked as delivered and I contacted Flipkart hundereds of times for help, wherein they are refusing to help me as it is otp based delivery. Atleast they are not furnishing the delivery agent mobile number for myself to track the order. Very disgusting with the behaviour of the staff of Flipkart. If they behave like that, who will take the responsibility of my product for which I have paid. Please escalate the issue and help me in this regard.
