I ordered for a red PUMA purse on 26-Feb-21 . Instead of the same they delivered a wrong item. Requested for the item return. First they marked return date as 05-Mar. Later they updated return date to 10-Mar . Till now(raising complaint on 26-Mar) the item is not picked up from me and amount is not returned.
Its around one month of purchase . I returned the item due to shipping a false item from your end. Please send my amount at the earliest.
