Text of Complaint by Amitabh:

Dear Amazon.,

My registered number is 8******238 my order ID number is 407-7575360-6041902 since 29 september I am waiting for the product to be picked up by your agent and every morning at 8.36 am I came to know thar status has been updated as door is locked since than I had spoken to 4 of your agents everyday and let them know that no one is came to pick up and I asked them to give me the agents number who is scheduled for pick up they said they are not authorised to share agents number .

Each of them assured me that they are going to escalate this matter and action will be taken against agent and product will be picked up today for sure .

Today is 4october same status updated on websites on 8.36 am Door is locked and again I called and chat with 2of your agent and they assured me that I am seeing wrong status pick up is scheduled for today and anyhow it will be picked up for sure .

Now the time is 10.30 am I have not received any message or mail from amazon for pick up.
And again the status is updated as door is locked.

It is so frustrating to call again and again and nothing has been done so far.

I request you to kindly look into this matter or expedite it so the product can be picked up as soon as possible and my Rs 1840 will be refunded .
