1. Please refer to my Order No #: 408-2330277-1189926 ordering EPIC Steel Stainless Open Dust Bin : Quantity – 02. 2. Disgusting that Items ordered are NOT sent the customer and wrong items are sent TWICE. RETURN request made on second time on 08 Apr has NOT materialised till today PATHETIC STATE OF AFFAIR – NEVER THOUGHT AMAZON WILL FALL SO LOW. 3. For 11 days now, NO REFUND has been made to me which amounts to cheating. 4. If MD & CEO of ur CO. does NOT Accept mail why publish it – IS IT A FACADE??
