I was promised delivery within 60 mins. I have waited for more than 90 minutes and since I had to go out , I requested CS agent Diwash in Dunzo to cancel order and refund. But apparently once the order is picked up they can’t cancel the order it seems. They could take unlimited time to deliver the order while we have to sit and wait and postpone all our other appointments to receive the Dunzo order.
