Text of Complaint by Vishal Kumar Choudhary:

Hi, I ordered on Flipkart. My delivery was scheduled on 21st Jun, but delivery didn’t happen and postponed to 22nd. On 22nd evening, delivery person is saying that my location doesn’t fall in his area and can’t come and he is just behind my location just 3-4 kms and not ready to deliver. I thought ok, it will be delivered by correct person today on 23rd Jun, but still not delivered. When I called customer care, they are saying wait till 27th to resolve your issue. I mean, how illogical they are talking, they will resolve my issue after one week off my schedule deliver date. So pathetic response from customer care. When I asked him to connect to senior person, he said no senior is available. These kind of service will destroy Flipkart and we won’t be able to make any Indian origin company a great company. Now I will think twice thrice before ordering from Flipkart, being a Amazon prime, still I trusted Flipkart but it seems they are not ready for it now.
