I have ordered a battery in Flipkart app for my father in october.it supposed to be delivered on November 3rd 2021.
But it is not delivered.
But in the app,it is showing as delivered.
We did confirm that none of our neighbors or relatives received the delivery.
We didn’t get any calls from delivery agent and we didn’t received any OTP for it.
We tried contacting customer care,they are saying that the issue is raised and technical team will call my father.they are calling and talking in different language when my father requested to connect to other language,they disconnecting the call.
My issue is not resolved yet.
When we contacted the customer care for the first time on Nov 3rd,they said issue will resolved by November 9th.
Again yesterday they are saying issue will be resolved by 15th November.
Now they are saying issue will be resolved by 17th November.
