I booked cctv camera worth 23 thousand on Amazon on 4th June and on 5th June it showed as delivered,but in reality it was never delivered. Raised a complaint on 5th June to Amazon customer care about my product showing as delivered but I haven’t received it. I got a response that in need to wait until the buffer date and investigation date of 18th June. When I checked with them again today ie 19th I was told that they cannot help me in this case as the investigation team has confirmed them the product is delivered.
I have CCTV camera installed in my house and can confirm that the product was never delivered. It is a pure case of cheating by Amazon.
