My order is not delivered ticket is closed. I had raised the concern immediately on 28 April when I didnot recevie my item but was marked as delivered. I have been calling the cistomer service almost every alternate day, but still not got any resolution. Now the ticket has been closed saying it is delivered., inspite of my complaint saying item not deleivered. After 1.5 months they custmer service say it is deliverd. My money is at loss
