I had ordered one prepaid item (Order ID #403-3499584-9429108) from Amazon which was supposed to be delivered on 20th September 2021 but not yet delivered. I have reached customer care through chats, calls, mails multiple times but they are not able to process my refund or deliver the order for past 3 weeks. Being a prime customer, it is a pure harassment. Please help me to get back my money.
