The Flipkart delivery person came to my home and rejected to deliver the item stating that the product needs to be delivered to 2nd floor. He went away saying that the order will get cancelled. I have raised the complaint on 21st (same day of the incidence), the Flipkart has committed to get this delivered by 22nd.
Since then I am regularly following up with Flipkart and they are just postponing the resolution date. Now I can’t cancel the order and my money got stuck. Even Flipkart couldn’t cancel the order and unable to initiate refund.
