Dear Sir,
I ordered a shirt on Jiomart on 19th November which is still not delivered to me. It shows under process since i placed the order. I filled complaint many a times through app, email but all in vein as no one from Jiomart is able to solve my issue.
They are not refunding the money back as well. It seems like Mukesh Ambani is making money by forfeiting it from its customers.
Please ref. attached screen short and advise if you can help.
