On 18 th evening I saw Appaws cat food order no 402 11396953489134 was delivered at my daughter s place in bangalore. I called her to confirm, and she said no it has not been delivered. I called your helpline in the evening, your helpline person told me it shows delivered but it does not show OTP or any detail to whom it was delivered. She said I should call after 24 hours. I called again, I was told to call later. Then next time i got a young man named navin he said amazon will make an attempt to deliver tommorrow thats yesterday. I got no call, my daughter her entire family was home, no amazon delivery. I called this morning. One young man said yesterday at exactly 6:49 pm they made an attempt for delivery and they called me also. I said both statements were untrue. I can send my phone call record for the day. I requested to speak to his senior. Swapnil came on line. Extremely confident, aggreesive but a brazen liar. He would not listen to me. If you listen to the recording, he was in an attacking mode. He said item was delivered to your place on 18 th itself, we have OTP also, the case is closed we cannot do anymore.
