On 18th July, i purchased an item from Amazon India, AmazonBasics Lightning to USB Cable – Advanced Collection, MFi Certified Apple iPhone Charger, Black, 6-Foot (Durability Rated 10,000 Bends), which when i checked today says delivered on 21st July but nothing has been received. Tried to contact customer care, who basically told me their 6-day window to raise a dispute is over and hung up. I repeated asked them to provide me with evidence who and how it was delivered, but got nothing.
