SIR I AM TANMAY BISWAS A FLIPKART CUSTOMER. ONE OF MY ORDER ID – OD223011147022871000 AND SHIPMENT FMPC1451619368 DOES NOT DELIVER TO ME BY THE YOUR DELIVERY AGENTOF SECTOR V HUB KOLKATA NAMELY BAPI. BUT IN FLIPKART ORDER STATUS IT SHOWS ITEM DELIVERED .

AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY THE SAID AGENT DEMAND ME RS.699 IN CASH BECAUSE AS PER HIS VERSION NO PAYMENT IS MADE BY ME AND IT’S A COD PRODUCT.

ALTHOUGH THE AMOUNT OF RS.699 HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID BY ME THROUGH PAY NOW LINK WHICH IS AVAILABLE IN FLIPKART ORDER STATUS PAGE.ONLINE PAYMENT WAS ALSO SUCCESSFUL.

NATURALLY I DISAGREE TO PAY RS.699 IN CASH AS IT ALREADY PAID SUCCESSFULLY.

THEN THE DELIVERY AGENT TOOK THE PRODUCT WITH HIM AND TOLD ME THAT HE WILL PAID RS.699 FROM HIS POCKET IN CASH IF I PAID HIM RS.699 IN CASH THEN HE WILL HANDOVER IT.

NOW SIR WHY I PAID RS.699 IN 2ND TIME.PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER IN URGENT BASIS.
