I received a message that product has bee received by me on 20 Apr 2023 , but I have not delivered my ordered items having Track ID ER022717193 and ER022253198. No phone call received from agent having Mob no 9971756764.. How a product can be delivered without telling OTP. Gave a call on mob no received by sms is non responsive.
