I had paid to an online portal where i purchased a MBTC Mavic folding study chair with Cushion & writing pad for around 499/- i got the email that by shipping and delivery will be updated via email.. But it’s been 8 days no support team is responding to the queries – (moskoclips@gmail.com) – support teams email ID. Can you please help?

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
