Text of Complaint by Manaswi K:

I have ordered for a medicine on Flipkart on 22nd June 2022, order ref OD125277165035278000. On 27th June Flipkart updated status of item as ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t received the product. On 28th June I raised a complaint on this issue. Despite several follow-ups, Flipkart has not yet resolved the issue. Even when I spoke with customer care on 11th July, they are saying that on their side it is showing as delivered but I’m saying differently. As if this is the first time they came to know about the issue. And after a while the customer care just kept saying he couldn’t hear me, even though I can hear him clearly and I’m speaking continuously, and simply cut the call.
I even paid half the value of product for delivery charges and yet ended up not getting the product and no one is even taking any accountability for the issue.
