I ordered a shoe from Amazon for which the amount has been paid.. The Delivery agent was Harsh on phone stating that he can’t deliver the item and he was too busy to deliver it. As soon as he disconnected the call in a negligence way I filed a complaint against the delivery agent to customer service.. but the action taken was much irritating, in Amazon app it’s marked as I (customer) rejected the delivery service so the item is returning to the seller.. now my item not delivered also my amount not refunded…
