Case has been investigated ans check why paytm no cancel my order. However i report fraud reported to paytm.already forward Below mentioned message to paytm
Cancellation of my order no. 11652151006 booked on 04 Sep 20. My mobile no 7977807455
The above mentioned order was mistakenly ordered by me using your application (Paytm) on 04 Sep 20. As i am trying to cancel my order using the app, where it shows me that the “ORDER CANT BE CANCELLED IN VIEW OF PRODUCT POLICY”.
As i am unwilling to buy the product and also unable to connect at your customer services. I wish you to cancel my order at the earliest and the amount may be refunded through generated source.
