I’ve been asking the team of customer support of Jio Mart for an order that I had placed on their application on 24th April, 2023. Delivery was confirmed to be for 29th April, 2023. Since the day of order there has been no change in order status. I raised a complaint on 26th April, 2023 but then also no one cared to call or reply. I tried contacting their customer support for the whole day yesterday but there was no proper response and item wasn’t delivered. I’ve paid already as it was an online and there’s no way I can contact these bunch of frauds. I’ve writing mails, raising concern on Twitter but no proper response whatsoever from their team.
