Hi Sir,
Its really a mentally torture and harassment from AMAZON INDIA, i ordered “2 CORTE CLASICO SHEESHAM WOOD BESIDE TABLE with 2 DRAWYER WOODEN NIGHTSTAND TABLE FOR BEDROOM” on 15th April, but on 21st april i received only 1 product. on a same day i called customer care they said let me email seller and it will take 3 business days to receive the feedback, but nothing happen, i again called them the same thing they said seller will refund you i am dropping an eamil, but nothing happen, after a week i again called them , the same thing said by the customer care, it will refunded in 2-3 business days and now todays is almost 1 month passed, but nothing happen. Today they crossed the limit (20th may 2022). i called them again, one customer care who picked my call put my call on hold for 20 minutes and never came back, i again called them, one lady picked my call, while talking she cut my call, might be some issue with network but its a rule in amazon if call gets disconnected while talking AMAZON will call on a same number but no one called. I again called them , one guy put my call on hold and never come back.
i request you pls look into this matter, i am very fed up of these things. I paid for 2 tables but received only one.
