On 12 th Feb I’ve purchased 4 mens wallet, it was supposed to be delivered on 17th Feb 2023 but it was not delivered and after multiple complaints they have delivered the product on 22nd February. The product which got delivered is only one mens wallet which is Hornbull Richard green leather wallet and the other remaining 3 was not into the box. Infact the product was delivered at late night 10:35PM.
Immediately I ranged up customer care spoke with mahalakshmi she has committed the amount for the remaining three products will get refunded within 24hrs and I didn’t get the amount back as she committed, so again called to your customer support at this time they said will raise a complaint and will get back within 4 days. After I called up to the customer care they are telling cannot be done and those peoples are disconnecting my call abruptly. Am not get the proper support nor the commitment fulfill.
Request you to intervene into my issue and fulfill the commitment which was given by customer support executive and I didn’t get the amount back for my remaining 3 mens wallet. Thank you.
