TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Hello Sir/Ma’am,

SUBJECT: MISSING ITEM FOR Tracking ID: 248894627174
 
I HAVE ORDERED TWO PHONES AND RECEIVED ONLY ONE OF THE TWO PHONES. WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME, I DENIED TO RECEIVE AS ONLY ONE ITEM/PHONE WAS SHIPPED TO ME. I DENIED TO COLLECT BUT THE DELIVERY BOY INSISTED THAT I SHOULD COLLECT AND ANOTHER PHONE WILL ALSO BE DELIVERED. I TOLD HOW IS IT POSSIBLE BECAUSE I ORDERED IT IN ONE ORDER AND WHY SHOULD IT BE SHIPPED IN TWO DIFFERENT SLOTS. AS CONVINCED BY DELIVERY BOY, I HAVE ACCEPTED – UNFORTUNATELY I FORGOT HIS NAME WHICH I HAVE ASKED AT THE TIME HE DELIVERED ONE PHONE TO ME AND DID NOT EVEN TAKE A PICTURE OF HIM BUT I CAN DRAW A SKETCH OF HIM IF REQUIRED. 
 
I HAVE WAIVED THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND WHEN I DID NOT GET THE SECOND PHONE, I TRIED TO CONTACT AMAZON SUPPORT FROM WITHIN THE APP BUT I WAS TOLD TO WAIT TILL 9 PM AND I WAS NOT CONNECTED TO LIVE AGENT. 
 
I HAVE CHATED WITH AMAZON SUPPORT AND I SHARED THE PICTURE TOO WHICH SHOWS AN ITEM FOR SR.NO 1 IS EMPTY AND HE ASSURED, HE WILL SEND A REPLACEMENT PHONE AND TRANSFERRED ME TO SOMEONE ELSE. THEN I WAS TOLD WE NEED TO FILE AN INVESTIGATION AND INFORMED ME THAT THE ORDER NUMBER IS MY ESCALATION CASE ID. 
 
AFTER A COUPLE OF DAY, I INITIATE A NEW CHAT ONLY TO CHECK THE STATUS BUT I WAS TOLD INVESTIGATION CAN’T BE PROCESS DUE TO NONE KYC. I HAVE UPDATED KYC AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY HAVE AGAIN CREATED A CASE TO INVESTIGATE AND SUGGESTED TO WAIT 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. 
 
TODAY ON THE 12TH NOV I INITIATED A CHAT AGAIN TO ASK THE STATUS AND THE AGENT WAS VERY RUDE, I WAS CONNECTED TO 4 AGENTS AND THE 4TH AGENT TOLD ME THAT AS PER THE INVESTIGATION TEAM, BOTH THE PHONES WERE DELIVERED AND RECEIVED BY ME AND THEREFORE THEY CAN’T HELP. HE BLUNTLY DENIED SAYING WE CAN’T HELP AS IF I AM TRYING TO TAKE OR ASKING AN EXTRA PHONE FROM AMAZON.
 
I AM VERY UPSET WITH THE EXPERIENCED I HAD WITH CHAT AGENTS AND THIS IS NOT EXPECTED AND ACCEPTED FROM SUCH A BIG COMPANY LIKE AMAZON. 
 
I AM ONLY ASKING THE PHONE I ORDERED TO BE DELIVERED (ONE OF THE TWO PHONES), THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY MEANT FOR GIFT DURING THIS DIWALI BUT YOU ALL HAVE RUINED MY LIFE AND TRYING HARD TO ENSURE I DONT GET THE PHONE OR MONEY BACK. 
 
I WANT THE CEO OF AMAZON TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND CALL ME BACK AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE TIME. I WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE I CAN TO FIGHT FOR MY JUSTICE WITH ALL LEGAL OPTIONS AVAILABLE INCLUDING FIR AGAINST THE COMPANY, DEFAMATION CASE AND CONTACTING CONSUMER COURT. I AM READY TO HELP YOU WITH INVESTIGATION IF REQUIRED BUT THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY. 
 
I HOME AT-LEST SOMEONE WILL RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL OR CALL ME BACK AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE TIME.
 
PFA: The one it was delivered to me and I still haven’t opened it. 
 
One suggestion: Please do something like OTP while accepting the order like flipkart. The delivery boy did asked me to show order number from phone and nothing else to verify the customer. Flipkart has OTP system which is required to be shared with delivery boy while accepting the phone
