Text of Complaint by M vasanth kumar:

Dear sir,
I had ordered some products for an amount of Rs.19000 approximately on AMAZON store . Out of that I had cancelled a product. The remaining products has to be delivered as per the delivery date fixed. A package with 2 products on 9th August 2023 on Wednesday was delivered to my relative brother while I’m on phone with the delivery agent. The delivery agent confirmed that the package contains two products. So my brother took the package. And on the same day while I’m checking my delivery status there are three products showing delivered status which is not. So usually I have to wait for 24 hrs as it may be delivered by night but not happened in this case. The next day I raised a complaint and the customer care agent asked me to wait until 17/08/2023 saying that he will raise a investigation on that. So I also wait till 17th August and on 17th August I contacted again . The agents are saying that as per their investigation the product is delivered so that they can’t provide me with any compensation I.e,. Product or money.
Sir I’m requesting you to kindly consider my complaint and make necessary justice for my loss.
