One plus watch moonlight silver:46mm dial ,warp charge ,110+ workout modes ,smartphone free music, SPO2 health monitoring .

I had purchased one premium watch of one plus and after I got the delivery I got shocked while seeing the packaging outside and inside. The seal box of one plus was open. There was no watch and charger also.
I was in the bank at that time as I am a bank employee of Indian bank. I could not understand that time how to react but somehow I managed to write the review or feedback at that time. After returning home I called the amazon helpline number and discussed the same and they simply told me we can’t do nothing until investigation is done. They just don’t care about customer service and customer die hard money. I am the prime member of amazon India and I feel guilty and embarrassed after this amazon process. I need refund in full. I am harassed by the amazon and my money is stuck in the process. I am helpless and hopeless. Please do the needful and make my money refund as soon as possible.
