Hi Good Morning,
I had ordered 2 items from AJIO in ref Order #FN7191304438 on 7th of November 2022. I received the packet on 9th of Nov. After delivery I open the packet and came to know that items not complete as I ordered. I registered a complaint regarding this issue with AJIO Complaint COMP00047586015. Instead of fixing my issue they are raising the multiple complaint. I am not sure what’s going on this ordered. Today I received a call from their respective team, and she told me that we are closing this complaint and opening a complaint for this order, and told me that wait till 26th of Nov. Now I received new complaint number COMP00048271127. Please take a necessary action with AJIO so they cannot harsh the pepole like me.
