I usually do order almost everything from Amazon but recently I faced a issue with my order of Oneplus z2 buds which was ordered on 13th of December but when the package was delivered item was missing from the packet only the outer carton was there for this I raised a complaint as soon as I opened the package on 14th, the support team told me you will be contacted by our investigation team regarding the details by 20th of December I waited for a week later again raised a complain they told me you will be contacted by our investigation team by 25th of December.
The fact is that I was never contacted by investing team neither received any email and today after talking to customer executive get to know that investigation team has already investigated and closed the case and I don’t know how the investigation team reached to this conclusion either they have power of God or they simply don’t want to work and close the case without even talking to me.
I am totally disappointed by this kind of behaviour from Amazon and was expecting better from the team.
