I ordered a flower vessel from Amazon as a gift to be delivered in Hisar, Haryana. But when we received the order & open the box it was empty. PFA image for the same. I ordered the complaint immediately via Amazon chatbox and they have created an incident to track this as well. Today i.e. 19th March 2022 when i take the status of my issue they were denying & not providing any resolutions like refund or replacement.
