Respected Madam/sir, I ordered boat rockerz 330 anc neckband(order no. 403-0752607-9889942) on 6th October 2022 through Amazon App. The shipment was delivered to me at my address on 12th October 2022. At 16:55 I was contacted by delivery agent about the delivery. At about 17:00 I met with the delivery agent and saw the shipment for the first time. Here I would like to bring to your attention that the package was packed loosely. I enquired about this with the agent he said that sometimes the package comes in the way. Here unfortunately I TRUSTED THE DELIVERY SYSTEM OF AMAZON and took his words for granted. I paid rupess 1729.00 through Google Pay at 17:04 (SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED). At about 17:10 I opened the packet and to my utter dismay found that there was NO ITEM INSIDE. At about 17:12 I called the delivery agent and apprised him of the issue. He advised me to call customer service of Amazon. I called Customer service at 17:20 for the first time and registered my complaint. After a lot of delibration they said that they will take 5 days for investigation and offer some resolution on 18th October 2022. Today on 18th october 2022 I contacted Customer Service about my complaint and received my second shock.They informed that according to their investigation item was delivered. This resolution which was totally unacceptable as the party that made payment was never taken in loop for the investigation. The resolution offered by Amazon clearly makes the customer, in this case, the complainant a liar. So this resolution is seen by me as a personal insult and demeaning to the nature of job i am engaged in. Therefore i refuse to accept the resolution of amazon and demand justice according to standard customer engagement policy.
I mailed to cs-reply@amazon.in and they also gave me the same reply. So I had no option but to mail to you seeking justice and reinvestigation from your end. I would also like to bring to your attention the following points that may be helpful in your investigation-
1. The package had a very poor packing compared to the products that i received earlier.
2. The package arrived in Barpeta Assam(781301) ON 11TH OCTOBER, 2022 AT 12:41 AM BUT WAS DELIVERED ON 12TH OCTOBER 5:04 PM A VERY SUSPICIOUS AND UNUSUAL DELAY OF OVER 40 HOURS AFTER REACHING FINAL DESTINATION. IT IS MY HIGH BELIEF SOMETHING HAPPENED DURING THESE PERIOD.
