I ordered a Havells 3 l instant water heater on 8 January 2023 cost 3400 Rs but I received trash inside the water heater box which was delivered on 10 January 2023 so I complained Amazon about it and they said they need 5 days time to resolve this but they are not doing anything and now saying that I did it. I even have a video proof when I opened the box. I have called them so many times and every time I get the same reply and my issue isn’t getting resolved. Please help.
