Text of Complaint by Prakash Chandra:

My order id OD221345333694929000 hikvision camera received dt 29 Mar 21. Some part (1 camera) missing and complaint for replacement dt 30 Mar 21 and total 6 complaint fir replacement  till 02 apr 21. But all time cancel replacement. Then complaint for return  and refund till time dt 11 may 21 but no action on my complaint. Many many time contact to your customer service representative but no  has been taken and talk to your senior member but no solution. So plz initiate in this matter.
