Hi,
I am a prime member of Amazon My name Padmashree. I have received my order from amazon on 26th Nov 2021. I have ordered for 5 bottles of tresseme keratine smooth shampoo (order id 408-5595570-6889168) but unfortunately I have received only 4 bottles and instead of one bottle there were some small steel rod was sent to me. I called customer service on 05th OR 06th of Dec 2021and complaint for the same. The person told me to call after 12th dec 2021. I called on 17th dec 2021and asked about the update I spoke to CHANDRA. B and he was not at all helpful to me he said items were correctly sent and Amazon can not do anything. He said investigation has been done and there were no dispute, I asked him to give me the details of the vendors or the investigating team or the person who has done the investigation he did nor provide me any details and abruptly said he can not help and I can do any action for the same. This is not happening for the first time to me I have had this bad experiences in the past also but the problem was resolved and I either got the product or the amount. But this time I am not at all happy and content with the resolution. So I am raising this complaint against AMAZON Because they do not have genuine vendors or courier companies and they do not help their customers who faced these kinds fraud. We are using AMAZON apps to order the products so its their responsibility to send the correct and genuine products to their customers. I need a swift resolution to this complaint. I either need my money or the missing product. Kindly do the Needful ASAP.
