hi sir/madam,
I ordered groceries from swiggy instamart.
My Order id – 125949008048672,
Rs.200 rupees worth product is missing and they sent other few items in broken condition. They are not providing neither refund not replacement. For the past two weeks they are sending rotten bananas, spoiled carrots also. while asking refund or replace for that, they are simply saying we won’t provide and literally thefting the money. This also happens in swiggy food delivery, we ordered grill chicken they sent tandoori chicken and simply saying we won’t replace and saying the picture sent for Investigation is not sufficient.Please take severe action against this and do the needful.
