I ordered a Boat headsets (499 Rupees) at Feb 4 2019. My order number is 7254534273. But I this item shows delivered in their PAYTM app at 6 the Feb 2019..
I called them number of times to ask what happened with my order but still they say your case is given to higher authority but I don’t get any response from PAYTM.
And finally today I called their customer care number, they don’t recieving my call.
I want my product or refund me my amount, So please take action against this fraud company.
